Ronald F. Mancl - President and Founder
Ron has been in the refrigeration and air conditioning business since 1958. He and Bonnie moved to the Wisconsin Rapids area and started Ron's Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Inc. in May of 1973. Ron has designed, serviced and installed all types of refrigeration, air conditioning and vegetable storage mechanical systems. He has worked also with our ammonia refrigeration and vegetable grower customers. Ron continues to support all area of management and service at Ron's Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Inc.

Bonnie L. Mancl - Vice President - Founder
Bonnie started the business with Ron in 1973. Over the years Bonnie has managed accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, human resources and service dispatch. She continues to support and work with all areas of the office management.

Timothy J. Mancl - Vice President
Tim joined Ron's Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Inc. in 1987 and offers more than 30 years of engineering experience. Tim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineer from UW-Madison. He is a license Professional Engineer and a licensed Designer of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems in the stat of Wisconsin. He is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers. Tim manages the Service and HVAC divisions of the company. He also manages the new home construction segment and engineers all types of refrigeration and HVAC projects.

Tammy J. Salewski - Office Manager
Tammy joined Ron's Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Inc. in 2000 and has more than 25 years of office management experience. She manages our service dispatch coordinating the schedules of our service technicians. She also manages payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable and human resources.

Eugene P. Mancl - Control Systems Manager
Eugene is a State of Wisconsin Master Electrician and holds AA degrees from NTC - Wausau and FVT- Appleton, Wisconsin. He is a member of the instrumentation society of America and Wisconsin Potato and Vegetable grower association research advisory committee. Eugene is responsible for our potato and Vegetable growers divisions which includes computerized storage systems, refrigeration, ozone generation and chemical applications.

Richard Bulin – Project Engineer/Sales
Rich joined Ron’s Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Inc. in 1993. Rich is a licensed Designer of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems. He has over 30 years in the HVAC business and has engineered and managed all sizes of heating and cooling project.
